Return & Refund Policy

At Gadgenex, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product is faulty, damaged, broken, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or “change of mind” cannot be replaced.
🆓 Free Replacement Window
  • Within 7 days of delivery: replacement is free of charge.
  • After 7 days and within 30 days: a pickup and replacement fee of AED 27 applies.
🔄 Replacement Process
  • We will arrange a pickup from your location.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be shipped within 14 working days.
💰 Refund Policy
  • Refunds are generally not offered, except in exceptional cases.
  • If approved, the following costs will apply:
    • Fulfillment and shipping cost of the original order: AED 18
    • Pickup and refund processing: AED 9
  • Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
